  • How can I place an order?

    Click Buy Now at the top right of the homepage and complete the information marked with an asterisk. Then just follow the instructions until the payment method. Once you place your order, look for a confirmation email, which will also include your receipt.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept debit cards, credit cards and Cash on Delivery. Just choose your preferred method at checkout. Rest assured that any information you enter into our site is secured and protected.

  • Why is my card payment not being processed?

    The most common issues are:
    a) Mismatched address details like postcode; misspelled / incorrect input in the address field; or address not associated with the card used.
    b) Incorrect payment card details. Please double-check your entries, in particular the expiry date and CVV.
    c) Card limit exceed. In this case, you’ll need to contact your bank to extend your limit.

  • I haven’t received a confirmation email, what should I do?

    Firstly, check your spam folder to see if your email has been delivered there. If not, please get in touch via our contact page or live chat and one of our expert team will help as soon as possible.

  • Can I make changes to the shipping address?

    If you need to change any details, please get in touch via our contact page or live chat, including your order number.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order, as we process requests quickly and it may already have been shipped.

  • How can I track my order?

    You’ll find the tracking information in your confirmation email — this will keep you updated on your order status. We’ll also email you once your order’s on its way to you.

  • Can I return my order?

    For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns.

  • Where do you deliver?

    We offer free shipping for all orders within UAE. We also deliver to GCC and outside UAE at a charge of AED20.

  • Where is EMIRIUM made?

    We searched high and low for a reputable lab that could fulfil our formula, but couldn’t find one that met our high standards. Eventually, we decided on a network of 5 different labs in Japan. Each contributed their ingredients and MSDS information to an independent party to complete and finalize the formulation.

  • How should EMIRIUM be applied?

    Just apply the cream to your cleansed face before going to bed. Gently massage in small circles, avoiding direct contact with your eyes. You’ll find these instructions on the product container.

  • Is EMIRIUM tested on animals?

    We care about animal welfare so, no, EMIRIUM isn’t tested on animals.

  • How do I know the product is safe and effective?

    Our priority is your safety. So we ensure our product and packaging meets the highest safety standards and complies with regulations: • Independent third-party laboratory human trials across a variety of skin types. • Clinically tested for safety under dermatological control and proven to be non-irritating. • Full toxicological risk assessment by an independent third-party reviewer. • Microbial Challenge Testing, Product Stability Testing, and Product Packaging Testing. • Full Cosmetic Product Safety Report compiled and filed. • Country-dependent Regulation Compliance with Delphic HSE. These tests include reviews, evaluations and testing of ingredients and finished products. • Voluntarily registered with the FDA for full transparency.

  • Where should I store EMIRIUM and how long will it last?

    Unopened, EMIRIUM has a shelf life of 3 years. Once opened, the product will last for up to 6 months stored in a cool, dark place.
